What information do we collect?

We retain information about you when you are a member registered with DSRA Inc. (Delphi Salaried Retirees Association) and using our eblast system.  Only eligible pre-registered members may receive DSRA Inc. eblast communications.  When updating your information on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, email address, password, mailing address or phone number and other information.

 

What do we use your information for?

Any of the information we collect from you may be used to send emails of interest to the membership of DSRA Inc. and for other purposes outlined in the DSRA Privacy Policy (available on the DSRA Documents page of this web site).  If at any time you would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, an "unsubscribe" link is provided at the bottom of each email.

 

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information.  We offer the use of a secure server. All supplied sensitive information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then kept on our database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, who are required to keep the information confidential. 

 

Do we disclose any information to outside parties?  

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.  This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.  We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.

DSRA registration / membership is open to all USA salaried employees and retired or separated salaried employees, of the former Delphi Corporation, and its successor, related, and divested companies, who are beneficiaries of Delphi salaried pension plans assumed by the PBGC (Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation).  Specific eligibility can be determined by reference to DSRA Bylaws at DSRA Inc. Governance.

 

Communications - DSRA communicates public information on the DSRA web site, www.DelphiSalariedRetirees.org, and provides specific member related information to DSRA members via eblasts to their registered email addresses*.  To receive DSRA emails, participate in any DSRA surveys, or vote in any DSRA election process, you must be a registered DSRA member, maintain your correct contact information and a valid, unblocked, subscribed email address in the DSRA registration database at the DSRA web site.  Voting is restricted to Members of DSRA Inc. as defined in the DSRA Inc. bylaws which can be found at DSRA Inc. Governance.
